Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern all purchases from the re-foundry.co.uk website or any ReFoundry purchases made in person at events/functions/exhibitions.

By purchasing from ReFoundry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Products

Images used of products on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we make every effort to display colours accurately we cannot guarantee that what you see on the images or promotional material will accurately reflect the colour of the printed products.

Orders

On placing an order and confirmation of payment you will receive an email from ReFoundry confirming your order details, we reserve the right to refuse any orders where you will be issued a full refund. Any changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed via email to hello@re-foundry.co.uk. When your order is ready to dispatch you will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Delivery

All products will be packaged to protect the prints, this may mean that some prints are left in subassemblies or we may also leave some supports on the model if we believe there is a chance that they could break in delivery, these can be easily removed with hobby snips. Currently, we only deliver to UK addresses.

For products found and purchased through the 'Catalogue' on the ReFoundry website, we aim to print and ship these within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery estimates for custom printing services will be given to you as part of your enquiry.

All orders are securely delivered via Royal Mail tracked delivery, please be aware that events outside of our control may be responsible for delays during delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during your order.

If a delivery is refused and a redelivery needs to be arranged this will incur an additional cost per order per failed attempt.

Refused Delivery

If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse. 

Damaged Goods

ReFoundry must be notified of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. A signature made against a delivery is confirmation that the customer has received the goods as stated on the delivery note. If the packaging appears damaged, please ensure you note this when signing for the package and contact us immediately.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted where goods have been damaged through delivery. Or through the incorrect items being sent. ReFoundry must be notified of this within 24 hours of receipt of goods and the items returned to us in the same packaging that they were dispatched.

Law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms and conditions are governed by English law.  This means that any contract for the purchase of ReFoundry products and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law.  You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.  However, if you are resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland and if you are a resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
